'Eyes' is the language of a concept verification, not a deployment. The market yawned. JPYC barely moved. Yet this micro-signal contains a structural truth that most analyses miss: it reveals the fault line between regulatory compliance and permissionless innovation.

Let me be precise. This is not a technical breakthrough. There is zero novelty in using an ERC-20 stablecoin for payroll.
